Positive: Room Amenities clean and good service at the hotel pool area and room service. Good selection of food at the bar and pool area extensive in room dining via app Fast response
Negative: Reception is quite chaotic. Breakfast is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel. Small area for dining inside. Not a wide selection of food. And no daily change.

Positive: The room, the service, all the time we got extra towels, i wasn't needed to ask for anything it just came breakfast was one of the best i had in hotels!
Negative: the pool was weird with the paying chairs and i didint know where i can sit and where not, because i knew koh samui already for me it was good because i wasnt at the hotel all the time and had a pool in the room. if your going to spend all you time at the pool make sure you talk with the hotel before to understand its ok

Positive: Great breakfast selection, fantastic staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly, from the front desk to the Cabanas team! Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. The hotel is a real gem, well located with so many options just outside the entrance. Definitely recommend.
