Positive: The staff was super friendly. The pool access room in the ground floor was perfect for us with a little kid. The pool is nice because there are some shadow places as well as sunny parts. The hotel has two parts. The one is directly at the beach. It’s super nice white sandy beach we enjoy it a lot.
Negative: I have nothing to complain, but maybe some suggestion. A mosquito repellent on terrace would make the terrace more usable.
Summary: Perfect holiday spot directly at the beach! Family friendly!

Positive: I had to upgrade to an overpriced beachfront room because the Deluxe room in the back building (Garden Building) looked like an old, dirty hostel in Morocco.
Negative: It was an extremely overpriced property. I had to upgrade to an overpriced beachfront room because the Deluxe room in the back building (Garden Building) looked like an old and dirty hostel in Morocco. Breakfast was a joke; too small and overpriced. I regret booking a room with breakfast included because I was stuck with the price tag of a mediocre breakfast. Paint peeling from all wood structures of the building. This property needs some TLC and better upkeep.

Positive: great establishment: located on the best beach of the island, nice facilities, friendly staff, great selection for breakfast, big pools...all in all a great hotel and nice experience.
Negative: rooms might need new smart TVs (also considering the price of the stay), more hangers for towels (especially for rooms without balcony). Also: I would have appreciated the possibility to change beach towels by the pool without having to call housekeeping.
