Negative: Having arrived at the home it was lovely every thing looked ok but when you pay 1300 dollars for 5 nights then have to pay an extra 45 dollars no refundable for any damages which was a joke but was paid but thinking everything was perfect but trust me it wasn't not 1 to complain but for 260 dollars per night didn't cut it heres the problems 4 adults staying here pool area 3 sun lounges which were dirty no were to sit around the pool they had a table but no chairs there was a broken step if a child stepped on it who knows. inside the property here we go 2 toilet rolls between 3 bathrooms an what was left overs yet another joke obviously i knew i need to buy some anyway 1 tv for the full house an the wifi was rubbish the kitchen was another joke there was no double oven because it was out of order left with a alternative mini oven so had to juggle things around didn't even have a can opener an more utensils that you need had to buy from a dollar tree which is a joke didn't leave them as they should of already been provided couldn't even clean the floor because the the cupboards were locked because everything said NO OPEN you have been warned been i better homes for less which had everything

Negative: We rented because of pool, but pool had no water. No TV the entertaiment system did not work. Host was hard to communicate with. They did not fix issues.
Summary: Dissapointment not what was advertised and paid for.

Positive: It's spacious, very comfortable, the beds are comfortable, a little firmer than I'm used to but it did its job. All positive things on location we wanted to jump in the pool but we got tired from the planned activities. I would stay again. The price was fair. Communication was good. Rules aren't hard to follow. The house didn't smell, everything we needed was working just not ac. But I would recommend it to anyone. No one bothered us, no problem with the neighbors. Was close enough for us to drive to see the mouse, or minions, or to see Knotts.
Negative: I dislike 2 things. I couldn't control the temperature. It was locked and you can't change it. I'm from West Texas the set temperature was very hot for us. We all were sweating most of the visit. We started to leave doors open to cool down the house. The reason the last guest was late to check out so we couldn't arrive early even if we wanted to. So If we showed up on time it would of inconvenient for us.
