Summary: This property is very nice, spacious and especially with a lot of natural light. the view from the balcony transports you to the mountains. and we even had a chance to see a deer. it was the perfect place for our family reunion.

Summary: This appears to be managed by a kind of conglomerate with their own extra process to access the property. We had to upload photos of a driver's license and a credit card, and then still call a central number to get the access code. The house and neighborhood are welcoming and clean. However, we were disappointed by things like cheap 1-ply toilet paper and dusty linens that triggered our allergies.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this property overall. The other reviews are correct in that you can hear kids, and while we were there the nearby school had back to back football games which ran late. We were able to hear the announcer for hours. The rooms were clean (save the carpets, which need replacing). The only complaint was that the furniture, while stylish, was not very comfortable for a group of adults who really just wanted to hang out at the house. All of us had back pain after watching a movie in the living room. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.

Summary: The rental agency was very responsive when we gave them input. They mailed us a coat we had left and that was very nice. The house is on a steep hill so it's not advantageous to walk in the neighborhood but its only a short drive to the water.
