Positive: The home was well decorated with upgrades and basic essentials for most families. Arvada is a good location closer to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Check in and check out processes were simple and efficient.
Negative: The property wasn’t cleaned well in many areas including the bathroom and toilets. Looks like the cleaning crew sweeps but doesn’t mop floors carefully. Some hooks to hang towels and clothes in the bathrooms could be useful and convenient. Some kind of pest control service quarterly would help to minimize the bugs and critters inside the home especially in summer. Lastly, what’s up with the tall weeds in the front and back yard. It really made it difficult to sit outside on the porch and enjoy the weather. Some yard services would help enhance the outdoor environment of the house.
Summary: Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back and stay at the same property.
