PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator access. There are 4 flights of stairs (2 flights for each floor/landing). We don't want any of our guests to be surprised!
Enjoy the best views on the island in this 4BR/3.5BA spacious 2000 sq ft condo with lots of room for everyone! Decorated in a Margaritaville theme and kept timeless with original cabinetry, the large kitchen, dining, and living areas are great for big families or multiple family get-togethers. 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom, loft bedroom has a private half bath, and the other bedroom shares the bathroom with the common area. There is a fold-out double bed in the living room. There is also a laundry room in the condo for your convenience. A double balcony provides plenty of private outdoor space where you can watch boats come and go and dolphins playing just offshore. There is also a private beach and the shops, restaurants, and city park and beach are less than a 5 minute walk away. Summary: Cedar key is a small island town great for fishing and hiking. Enjoying nature! Some of the best seafood I have ever had and I am a Florida girl! The condo was right on the water with stunning sunrise and sunset views! It had enough room for everybody and more! A great place to stay!

Summary: We stayed here for the opening of an art show in the gallery of the Cedar Key Art Center. This was two condos combined into one spacious unit with three bedrooms plus a loft over the master bedroom, plenty big for 4 couples. Some guests have mentioned that the decor was dated, but we thought it was very nice for the price that we paid. It's a corner unit directly on the Gulf and the views were even better than the photos.

Summary: We loved the location, within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. When not eating or shopping, we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the comfortable deck. Our younger family members put their kayaks and paddle board in the water just behind the condo. The pool was a great asset for all ages, as the water behind the condo isn’t deep enough for swimming. We took an excursion on a clam boat and learned all about the local clam industry, which was very interesting and innovative. Captain Bobby brought our clams to a restaurant where we ate “our catch”. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved staying in Margaritavilla.

Summary: Loved our stay Plenty of space for our families w kids Lots of extra blankets, pillows, kitchen gear etc Location is perfect, great communication, beautiful views. Pack accordingly bc there are 4 flights of stairs. We planned ahead and left some of the heavier things we’d need on the boats (drinks, extra water, coolers, etc) in trucks downstairs so we didn’t have to move them too much. Worked perfectly!

Summary: We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect! Rhonda was very helpful with our tv situation and also told us the best places to eat and she was spot on! The deck was our favorite place. We watched the dolphins play and the sun come up!
