Time Out is a single level, lower floor unit and once inside there are no steps. The buidling complex is a stilted and does require guests to climb a flight of stairs to acces the condo's front door.
There is parking for vehicles and golf carts under the building and there is an area in the middle of the complex for boat and trailer parking.

-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
