Positive: Enjoyed the Pool and Size / Layout of the room (we had the larger 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo and worth every dollar!! Beach was AMAZINGl!!
Negative: Request for towels and bathroom toiletries needed to asked for multiple times to be completed on separate days. Was told by the desk that the requests were submitted and noted as "cleared" in the system when in fact they were not addressed. So a little frustrating when dealing with this at 10:00 PM when a request was submitted closer to Noon. Hot water could have been better in both showers but not a deal breaker

Negative: staff at the swimup bar were rude and will cut you off after 2 drinks

Positive: Location was good, daisy was great at the pool area. Great customer service when not extremely busy. Good music when available.
Negative: Felt like the bathrooms could use an upgrade. Could you can see the tear and ware.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. Over all the hotel seems clean and inviting.
Negative: For the price you pay, it doesn’t come with breakfast, unless you pay $20 per person or you have some package. The pool was first come first serve. Some people put their towel down all day and return in the evening. The beach you have to pay $ 20 a day per chair. You pay for parking. The cabana at the pool is $400 a day! We unfortunately had roaches in our room. They came and sprayed. I mentioned it at check out, that we were still killing them in the morning at check out and their response was, that they will take care of it for the next person. No discount no apology. Not good. So, no we don’t recommend it.
