Summary: Indoor pools/kids pool was very cold for our grandchild to be in. Asked the supervisor twice about the temperature and nothing was done about it. Pool remained too cold to enter for our whole stay there (3 days). We were also told we could not enter any of the pools without a child safety device on the baby yet we saw several other parents holding their infants in the pools. Very unfair to not allow us to be in pool without a device but others were ok and lifeguards did not say anything to them. We have decided not to revisit this hotel in the future since the cost of using the water park - which we could not use with a baby and frustration of what happened is not worth our stay. We will not recommend this hotel to our family/friends with under 1 years olds.

Summary: This is a very clean, fun place to stay. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The issues we had were that half the staff didn’t speak English so you could not communicate anything you needed. Everything was over priced and the small water park isn’t included in your stay.

Summary: beautiful grounds, music and delicious food. Many young families enjoying the double water park. Free outdoor pool way undersized and fenced in from rooms. Large grassy area with over sized hammocks , music, games was the place to be. Having Cape beaches so close is great. We will return. We loved Margheritavilles in Orlando and Hollywood Beach Fl which are bigger overall.

Summary: Not great. Staff members need an attitude adjustment. Almost every single front desk staff member had an unprofessional attitude. Upon check in we were given an inferior room with no view, despite paying an upcharge for a room with a courtyard view, as they advertised. The second front desk staff member we dealt with had a horrible attitude, and in our opinion should not be working with the general public. Fortunately, the manager who I spoke to on the the phone credited us for the room, as well as an issue with the bellhop. The on site restaurant is very disappointing food wise. The food was frozen, packaged, and just all around not good, and was a terrible value. In contrast, the breakfast buffet next to it is very good, and a good value at $20. As others have mentioned this 'resort' is mostly for families, not for couples. Lots of kids running around, the pool was kid central (even the Jacuzzi!). Security wise it seems OK. We saw the local police department do drive-by checks in the parking lot, at least twice during our stay. Not sure if this is because there are crime issues, or just preventative. Upon checkout the key system locked us out while we were bringing our belongings to our vehicle. This was BEFORE the 11 AM checkout time, and we ended up locked out with another traveler. We then all had to walk all the way around the hotel (very far!) to the front desk to get new keys! The front desk attendant said it's happened to others. Why not fix it???
