However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Summary: Communication with the property manager was fantastic and made me feel comfortable to ask questions! Margaritaville is great! You can walk to Koki beach. they had fun events scheduled (such as bingo, karaoke, ect) every day! Property was clean.and staff was helpful

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay here--the staff, bartenders and waitstaff were all super friendly. The unit was extremely clean and the bed was amazing, so comfortable! The pool area is lovely (happy hour from 4-6 was a bonus!) The nearby beach (Coki) was incredible, and just a short walk away. My only advice is, when you're leaving for the ferry or the airport, give them plenty of time to get you a taxi--it took a while. I would definitely go back for another stay!

Summary: This property was very nice and in a great location- short taxi ride to Redhook, ferry for St. John and downtown. Resort was not as lively as I thought it would be but pools are great. The beach was full of seaweed and I never saw anyone get in the water however Coki beach is walking distance and it was great! VRBO listing does not mention the $25 per night fee that’s required once you arrive to the property. Also there is not enough description on the room type because there is a huge difference in the hillside and lower poolside rooms. (Lower poolside and much nicer). Hillside rooms are a very long walk to anywhere on the property but there are shuttles to help. Check in was a super long process and they make to visit another counter so a timeshare person can talk you to death with offers. Although I declined all offers I received a text message from the same timeshare person within 5 minutes of getting in our room. Happy hour is great by the pool and I recommend Picasso’s coffee which is right outside the gate to the resort. All in all I would book again.

Summary: The property was great. Close to the pool and to the market. Loved the kitchenette/ and bed was very comfortable. The only thing, and it is really nothing in the big picture, was they only gave two sets of towels. I feel after a couple of days, you need an extra one. And its not that big of a deal, because I am sure they would have given us one if we called. It was super clean, the room and the entire grounds. Defiantly hit all our expectations. Staff super kind!

Summary: The resort is clean and beautiful. The staff are really helpful. I wish that the area was more walkable, but it was very easy and cheap to take taxis to Red Hook and Downtown.
