Very charming house with great location, only approx. 250 meters from the beaches Marielyst.
The house has been renovated within a few years and appears bright and friendly and in excellent condition both inside and out. Outdoors with wooden terrace all around the house.
There is about 4 km to Marielyst center with several good shopping and many different shops, resturent. Marielyst town offers several good restaurants for all tastes and many activities for young and old. go-cart, golf and more. Child-friendly beach is only a few minutes walk from the house.
Small shop with morningbread only few minutes walk away.
Functional kitchen with direct exit to the wooden terrace, very nice living room with sofa and good dining area, good wood burning stove, direct exit from the living room to the big terrace facing south / west where the sun can be enjoyed all day. There are 2 bedrooms in the house containing 1x140cm double bed and 1x140cm double bed, there is a brand new annex with a bedroom including a 1x160cm double bed and direct exit to the wooden terrace.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Lovely garden, with trees and bushes against the neighbors.
Private parking on the property
If finish cleaning is missing, 200 Euro will be requested extra.

Summary: Cozy house with IKEA-like space efficiency and good facilities. The garden was fabulous, every (second day) we had deer running over the compound or grazing on the grass, some big hares and a hedgehog (been there in July). The beach is nice and near and there is a great (because never empty) playground for kids until about 8 years. Don´t try pizza in the nearby restaurant though, better by them in the supermarket and prepare on your own.

Summary: It was a great time in this summerhouse. The house is bright and nice with selected Danish design accesoires. Sometimes we could hear the Baltic Sea and observed deer in the garden. The way to the Sea is short, you only must cross a street and walk a short way through the camping place. You can contact the lessor directly and he answered in short time. When you‘ ll lock the doors, you must push the door handle upwards and then you can turn the key. We like to come back at another time. Family Schweder

Summary: Michael was very easy and uncomplicated to communicate with. He has a very nice house and it shows great taste in the interior design. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are great and the best is the huge terrace with the nice garden. When the weather is fine, the short walk to the beach is strongly recommended. You can enjoy absolute tranquility on an endless sandy beach. The environment is beautiful, quite some things to do (when you have a car) - or just grab a nice book and relax on the beach or the terrace. And one last thing ... when we arrived, we found a bottle of wine, some cookies, coffee capsules etc. This is what sets the good apart from the excellent. Thanks. and strong recommendation.
