Positive: Great pool. Closes at 9 though. We thought bikes were included but they're not. 30 minutes walk to old Sirmione town. Bus outside gets you there in less than 10 minutes. We stayed 4 nights. The bunk room is a partitioned area in the kitchen. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment was quiet, neat, secure and clean. No balcony or capacity to hang towels or dry clothes outside. Rack inside but hard to get things dry as we couldn't open the windows with mosquitoes. A washing machine would be helpful for families...so I'd recommend this place for couples instead of families. Tourist tax is paid on top of booking.com price when you arrive, adds up with lots of people, nearly 3 euro a day.

Positive: The location and it was spacious.
Negative: There is not hot water to take bath! After one person it is cold… not enough capacity for 4 people to take a decent hot shower. The kitchen needs more utensils, just 2 glasses of wine is not enough. The garbage needs to be dumped really far away from the property!
Summary: Great location, but not able for 4 people to have an hot shower is terrible.

Positive: Everything is perfect. there is a private parking, swimming pool and even bikes for everyone. The appartment was clean and has modern furniture. Diana, the lady who met us at the check in and the check out is very kind and she answered all the question we had about the place.
