Positive: We had the most incredible stay at Marina 107. From the moment we arrived, the host was exceptionally friendly, warm, and accommodating, truly going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning and impeccably clean, but what really stood out was how beautifully personalized everything felt. We were welcomed with fresh bread on the table, delicate macarons, a fully stocked fridge with essentials, flowers throughout the space, and even Lindt chocolates; such thoughtful touches that made the stay feel incredibly special and homely. It felt less like a rental and more like being welcomed into a beautifully curated home. To top it all off, we were gifted a gorgeous Cape Town keepsake to take home, which was such a meaningful and memorable gesture. My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time enjoying the apartment itself. This will most definitely be our home away from home in Cape Town going forward. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Positive: The location is fabulous. The staff, Melanie kept us fully informed & prepared an Ammaarah was just the best letting us in & informing us of everything. The apartment is very well equipped. I need to learn how to use the oven but that is on me.

Negative: Not much the only 4 out 5 is value for money, & really that is more no one wants to pay more than necessary. Having stayed at another room with friends in another building this far exceeds that one. So really it is closer to 5/5 vs 4/5. One point is lack of plugs in bathroom to use a hairdryer or straightener. But this is builder related as the other building had the same issue. There was a hairdryer just had to sit on end of bed.

Positive: Probably the best equipped apartment I have stayed in on booking.com / airbnb. The fridge was full of delicious treats and complimentary wine and the apartment had fresh flowers everywhere. Location was excellent. The host´s assistant met us on arrival and very kindly showed us around, same for checkout. Overall 5 out of 5!

We were welcomed with food, snacks, wine, fresh bread, chocolate, and even a lovely gift - such generous and personal touches. The location couldn't be better, right on the VaA Waterfront, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend it highly enough and honestly didn't want to leave!
