Positive: Room only booking but the fridge was stocked with a selection of essential food and wine ! FOC. Fresh flowers and birthday gifts. Top quality furniture in spacious accommdation. Air con easy to use. Lovely balcony overlooking a canal with Table Top mountain in the distance. Daily cleaning service.
Negative: Colony of gulls were very noisy in the mornings.

Positive: Everything was superb - the best apartment we have ever stayed in. So much space, all the facilities you could need, so clean, a few minutes walk from the V&A Waterfront, a great space on site for sunbathing and a cooling swim. Melonie, the host, provided the most generous welcome pack and we hardly needed to buy anything during our stay. We had a fantastic time at Marina 107 and hope to return.
Negative: Nothing could have been better.
Summary: The best apartment we have stayed in - everything was first class.

Positive: This apartment is really exceptional. Mel has thought of everything. It was like staying at a friend’s apartment who has exquisite taste. We arrived to fresh bread and some lovely snacks. The location is perfect. An easy walk to waterfront. It is very secure. The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again when we are in Cape Town
