Summary: We had a really great time in the beautiful appartment from eric and frederique. Everything we needed was available. The appartment was clean and cosy. And the view was incredible, on the park, harbor and sea💖 I can recommend it to everybody, many thanks eric and fredeique 👍👍

Summary: My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Frederique and Eric’s gorgeous apartment. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sun rising over the sea, contrasting at night with the blaze of coloured lights twinkling from Nice and beyond. We spent much time on the terrace, enjoying the amazing views! The beach on our doorstep was clean and surprisingly uncrowded, and the beautiful, green sea sparkled in the non-stop sunshine. We enjoyed perfect weather! The apartment was superb; comfortable, clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could need. We particularly appreciated the beach loungers, air conditioner and the wifi connection. This was our first visit to Villeneuve-Loubet, which is delightful, and we could access everything we needed on foot. There is a range of cafes and restaurants, both in the marina and overlooking the beach, and a lovely vibe in the evening. There is a superb little supermarket very close by, with an excellent bakery, and a gigantic hypermarket a short walk away. Frederique is a thoughtful, excellent host, so, we were delighted we chose this apartment for our holiday, and would love to return. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Nous avons loué cette appartement en août 2010 et nous avons passé un agréable séjour très reposant, une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont très agréable et accueillant. Nous sommes parti avec un petit pincement au coeur car les vacances étaient trop courte mais bon toute bonne chose on une fin. Futur vacancier je vous conseille sans ésitation cette appartement qui est très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre.

Summary: Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette location ! Propriétaire accueillante , logement soigné et bien équipé . La vue de l'appartement est tout simplement magnifique et reposante . La résidence est bien entretenue , l'accès à la plage est à 2 minutes !!! Il y a plein de choses à visiter dans les environs et beaucoup d'animations sont proposés . Merci pour ce séjour !!!
