A renovated three bedroom California Bungalow nestled by the Patawalonga River/Marina and just a short stroll to all the wonderful amenities that Glenelg and the Holdfast Shores has to offer.
‘Marina Retreat’ is conveniently located and renovated throughout. The bungalow comprises of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed; bedroom two has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has a double bed. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, and the lining is provided.
The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped with cooking, microwave and dishwasher facilities. It has a dining table and chairs to accommodate six. Leading off from the kitchen is a sunroom, ideal for sitting and relaxing.
The lounge is light and modern and has a sunroom leading off which overlooks the front courtyard garden, a lovely quiet retreat to enjoy your morning coffee.
The bathroom is modern with a shower, toilet and sink; all towels are provided.
The rear garden is lawned and paved and contains a sun house with laundry facilities.
There is street parking directly outside the house.

Summary: We had everything we needed, nice and clean and great position, our pet dog enjoyed the stay especially walking alongside the river. Within walking distance to the Glenelg cafes restaurants and beach.

Summary: We loved staying at this property. It has everything you need with a quiet neighbourhood but still so close to all the action of Glenelg. Enough room for kids or a group. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Summary: We stayed here for a family function nearby. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. We had plenty of room and on street parking was easy. Would definitely recommend.

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to contact, and had provided extras to make the stay even better.
