Positive: Good size apartment which was reasonably clean and close to Essendon Airport which was our end destination. Sam is a very good host with quick responses and clear check in instructions.

Negative: The floor needed a lot more attention cleaning wise and the shower head leaked badly. Neither were major issues and didn't impact our stay. The TV can only be used to watch streaming services such as Netflix if you have a password. Again not a big issue but would have been nice to catch the daily news or a football game.

Summary: Large apartment good value.

Negative: Property wasn’t mobbed nor cleaned properly when we checked in There is no exhaust fan in washroom which makes some smell in that area

Positive: Flexible and accommodating, they allowed us to park early as we needed to attend a function before check in time. They also gave us detailed instructions (pictures and all) on how to locate the area, which assisted us with directions. The location is close to Highpoint shopping centre as well, which made it convenient for everything else that we need.

Negative: Just minor thing such as the soft pillow but that’s just because I like a specific firmness of pillow so this is related to personal preference. Some people may even find it comfortable.
