Welcome to Bayside Villas 4220. Our completely renovated one bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium features a spacious living area, open kitchen, screened lanai as well as bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom down the hall way for guests. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa allowing the condominium to sleep up to four guests. Enjoy the marina and water views from the screened lanai and the beach is just a short walk away. The Bayside Villas association features a heated pool, hot tub and coin operated laundry on the lower level. Resort amenity access isn't available, however, you won't need that when you're saving up to 50% or more compared to resort rates, never pay a daily resort fee and get to choose your exact unit. Want to grab a bite to eat or visit the shops? .... the Captiva Village area is a short car ride or golf cart ride from the complex as well.

Summary: Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan

Summary: Very well appointed condo. Some nice extras like beach chairs and umbrella. Could use a corkscrew but we got the bottle opened anyway. If you could pass on to rental agent I didn’t see instructions that said we needed to stop by the office first. I could’ve missed it though. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on Captiva. The condo was clean and as expected. The property was being painted, but it didn't bother us, as we know the islands are recovering from Ian. The pool was great. I've already recommended the property to a friend.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is cute, clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was construction happening but nothing that disturbed our stay. We are so pleased to see the progress being made on the island. We will be back next year!

Summary: This is a beautiful place with very nice amenities. Comfortable and clean. There is lots of work still going on around the unit, building and ground but it did not disturb our stay.

Summary: Despite rebuilding, everything was perfect. The construction was very quiet on the weekend and didn’t start until after 8 this morning (Monday). The beaches are just as beautiful and restaurants are open. We got a golf cart delivered from sanibel carts and ate at every restaurant in Captiva. We’ll see you soon.
