Summary: Place was okay, except windows. Owner needs to invest in windows. Had to bar all as they do not lock. Sliding door barely worked. Plus is the gated community.

Summary: This place was in a great location with a beautiful view! it was perfect for me, my husband, our toddler and our dog. They provided all the basic essentials that you would need but definitely recommend bringing your own as well. It is in a condominium so there isn't much privacy sitting outside, you will see your neighbors but everyone was friendly towards us! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Summary: This unit was ideally located for my fishing trip! The view of the sunrise, the patio, and the nearby boat dock was perfect. Having all of the conveniences of home was the "icing on the cake"! Everything was clean and neat even though it was a little older.

Summary: The view from the living room was absolutely stunning. We were literally only minutes away from the Marine base. We booked this location due to it proximity to the base for a Marine graduation and pets allowed. A lot of people said the master bed was uncomfortable. We thought it was fine however the pullout couch was not but the 4 year old didn’t seem to mind haha it was perfect size for the 3 of us plus the pup. The only criticism I have is the floor wasn’t very clean so that I felt was more on the cleaning crew everything thing else was good. I would also recommend more towels. I had to purchase detergent and do a few loads to make sure we had clean towels. But overall it was great. Heads up to anyone bringing your pets one permanent residence informed us that it was a rule to not walk your dog in the front even if you are picking up the poo like you’re supposed to. So to avoid conflicts make sure you walk them around the parking area but watch your step because not everyone is kind enough to clean up after their pets….great for the price and location.

Summary: The location was perfect for what we needed, very close to Parris Island for my sons Marine graduation, about a 5 minute drive. Cons- The condo was “clean” ish… not grimy dirty but whoever the owner uses to clean it needs to find someone else (my mother owns her own cleaning company so I notice everything) It could definitely use a deep clean for sure. But by no means did this affect our stay. I would suggest bringing extra toilet paper, we only had one roll, also bring your own laundry detergent, as the kind that is supplied was not sufficient, luckily we packed a few tide pods. The sliding door is AWFUL to open, super loud and hard to pull/push. Pros- Great location, central AC was ice cold, beautiful view, gated community, close to stores and restaurants, bed/pillows were comfortable and all linens were fresh. Very quiet and peaceful! Overall I’d stay here again, especially for the price.

Summary: Sliding glass door is 100% broken and obviously been this way for years; will not open or close properly. Went to retrieve a dropped coin and discovered thick dust under the furniture. The place was minimally clean. The toilet ran continuously. This condo is in a nice location with a nice setting. What a shame to rent this in this shape, actually lying to your customer about basic cleanliness and functionality. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Summary: Great location with a beautiful view! The condo was perfect for me, my husband, our toddler, and our dog! It is located in a 2 story condominium so you will definitely see your neighbors throughout your stay but everyone was friendly towards us. It is located on the very end of the building on the bottom floor so that was a plus. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
