Maximum Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
A registration form with all guest names and ages must be filled out prior to your stay.
Additional overnight guests will be charged 2100TTD/guest/night.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside of the Villa. However, you may smoke on porches and verandas. There will be an additional cleaning fee of 300TTD if there is evidence of smoking in the Villa and/or improper disposal of smoking materials.
Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property.
Pool rules:
Adherence to the pool rules is required. Users of the pool do so at their own risk. The Villa bears no liability or responsibility for accidents during its use. The pool safety ring is for rescue purposes only. It is not a pool toy. Pool toys will be available upon request.
Failure to follow pool rules will result in forfeiting up to 50% of your deposit.
Guests parking:
Guests may park their vehicles on the property at your own risk. Please be mindful of the entrances to the surrounding villas when parking on the street.
Please refrain from performing vehicle repair or maintenance (eg. Washing cars) at the villa.
Absolutely NO parking on the grass.
Any guest found in violation will be charged 100TTD/per violation/per day.
Security deposit:
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required as a security fee to confirm your booking. The deposit will offset any damages done to the property or returned to the lead Guest one day after departure when the villa inventory is checked and the property examined. Refer to “Damages” below for an explanation of what may be considered damages to the property.
Damages: Damages include stains, broken, chipped, or missing; furniture, fixtures, equipment, appliances, wares, utensils, sheets, blankets, towels, landscaping (including grassy areas), pool, pool safety ring, pool toys, pool loungers, and pool umbrellas.

Summary: Wow MC is a beautiful and comfortable villa. It has all the basic amenities you need to prepare meals, have fun, relax, movie night using the head projector and is only an 8 minute walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend MC for your family vacation. However, I will not be requesting to stay again, as when I pay for cleaning I don’t expect to be presented with complaints from the housekeeper i.e. regarding sand in and out the property and food on the cutlery in the utensil drawer. I‘m sorry but the property is very close to a beach and we all showered and rinsed out our beachwear before entering the property!! Hopefully no other visitors will have the issue of a damaged bunkbed or a broken padlock as these were recompensed for in the sum of $300.

Summary: Big thanks to Shantar, the property manager. She responded timely to my inquiries prior to my arrival and made herself readily available when i needed assistance after my arrival. We loved the property and are planning a future visit. The location was perfect and in walking distance to Pigeon Point and Store Bay beaches. I have no complaints, only gratitude and love for the point of contact in Tobago. Great job! We loved it!

Summary: My family and I were very pleased with our stay at Mariner's Cove. The property manager was in communication with us from earlier in the day on our check-in day, and met us at the property to give us a tour even though we were unable to arrive until after 9pm. The place was clean and pictured exactly as it showed online. It was spacious enough for our 7 family members, and even a few extended family that visited during the day with us throughout our stay. Access to nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment was within walking distance- only a 5min walk!! The beach was also no more than a 5min drive away, and we did go to two different ones. The only issue we had was that on one day we had no water for majority of the day, which we know can happen in the islands. We communicated this to the owner and property manager right away and they kept in constant communication with me, letting me know they were on top of the water company to refill the tank as soon as possible. Even though the loss of water was inconvenient for those hours, the way the owner and property manager handled the situation was extremely professional. I have already recommended this villa to a number of family and friends and will most definitely return next time I go back to Tobago. Thank you Mariner's Cove for an amazing stay :)

Summary: Lovely home. The light in the bedroom downstairs is very unique with a fan, led settings for eye comfortability. One thing this house has, is plenty towels..so your friends can never go without when having a pool party 🙂 Love the ice maker, and the welcoming snacks upon arrival.
