Positive: There are facilities available that anyone can ask for. Lovely and cozy apartment with a good partial view of bosphorus. The host was always available on call to help whenever needed. Mini market and paid parking is just 30 steps away.

Positive: The property is stunning, spotlessly clean, and entirely up to date. I recommend that everyone visiting Istanbul stay at this really fantastic hotel. All thanks and admiration to the owner, Mr. Kadir, and the cleaning girl, who does an excellent job. The location is exceptional, near Taksim Street and convenient to services.

Positive: Everything was excellent. The unit had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and modern as advertised. Kadir was an amazing host! He checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was very considerate to accommodate to all our requests. Truly the best! Such a warm hospitality and we appreciate it so much. The elevator was a very much needed facility that is not so easy to find in Istanbul apartments so albeit it being small, it was very necessary and glad they had one. The apartment is also very close to mini marts and lots of street food options near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Only downside (but nothing regarding the actual unit itself) is that the neighbouring streets are very steep. It is of course the geographical structure of most streets in Istanbul, but do keep that in mind incase you are travelling with a baby / senior citizen. We took Uber most of the time when travelling out with the whole group and finding drivers was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Negative: -TV signal sometimes disappeared. -There is only a rain shower (from the top). Your hair gets wet . Maybe supply shower caps in the bathroom.

Positive: Modern new apartment. Very spacious unlike typical apartment in Taksim area. There is elevator as well for luggages. This is also great plus. Washer and kitchen is provided.
Negative: 1. You have to climb approx 100m to go to Taksim Square. Not suitable for old folks.

Positive: Great location 1 street away from Taksim Square and very affordable for a newly renovated apartment in the city centre. Ammenities were clean and host was very accommodating. He went over and above during our stay, room was cleaned daily and host was always on call if anything was needed. Also located in a good neighbourhood, felt safe at all times of the day and night
Negative: The drains in the bathroom did let out smells after being dormant all day but this seemed to be common in other places we stayed too so it doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment itself.

Positive: Very good location, close to the metro and restaurants. There was a lift for easy access. We used the washing machine, it was very convenient. The balcony was lovely.
Negative: Our wifi connection wasn't very good and we struggled to watch netflix because of that. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway.
