Summary: Check-in was easy. The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were tidy. For a one night stay on a road trip it was exactly what we needed.

Summary: Hotel was a bit dated and no elevator but it was the only room left in Jasper so I was thankful!

Summary: Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a parking spot directly in front of the room. Wish the spot for refilling water bottles was closer.

Summary: Great location on the northern outskirts of Jasper. Free parking outside your room. It is very walkable into town. The room was comfortable, clean ansd had all the amenities we required including fridge and coffee maker. Front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay in Jasper

Summary: Cleaning is important to me for even the comfort of sleep, the room was very clean assuring a comfortable sleep. Parking lot is convenient, we could park both motorbikes just by the room. Dining places are in walking distance. Staff is helpful and nice.

Summary: Great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Loved that Starbucks and Evils Dave’s was next door. Our room needed a good clean and updating. The faucet leaked. The crib we used was broken. Our fridge didn’t work and wasn’t replaced or fixed after asking.

Summary: The room was fine, but not worth $550 CAD/night, but this is Jasper in summer season. The staff was great. We noticed blood stains on the quilts of both queen beds. We reported it to the desk and they were very attentive in changing the quilt & sheets out immediately. They offered a free breakfast for 2 of us (we were a party of 3), but we told them we could not use it since we were departing early in the morning. We felt the cleaning staff should have noticed the quilts to begin with.
