Positive: It was so lovely to arrive after a long drive and have 2 beds ready for my dogs, complete with big, clean bowl that each had a lovely, personalizes welcome card and a bag of homemade treats. What can I say… be belonged there!

Positive: Location was good, just slightly out of the centre but still walkable for restaurants and shopping. Facilities were great including the free laundry. Staff were very helpful and informative.

Negative: Parking was a nightmare, one night we had to park on the street. Hotel was alot busier than we expected. The room wasn't lit well enough on one half.
