Summary: From the time you enter the hotel, the staff is kind and very efficient. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean and with all modern amenities. Ideally located at Albrook Mall. Breakfast was also very good.

Summary: The location was terrific making it easy to catch an Uber to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. Pool & fitness area were as expected & the room was comfortable. We were here for 4 nights. Loved that it was attached to the mall.

Summary: RewriteWonderful hotel with great staff. I particularly want to shout out Karen. What a lovely front desk staff. Very accomodating and she did it with a smile. The location was perfect. Although not in Casco Viejo, it was only like a $4 uber ride away. It is connected to the Albrook mall which has lots of shopping and food. Will definitely stay here again. However pool was small and extremely crowded

Summary: This hotel accommodated my husband and I at the last minute. Due to the prior booking we had to relocate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit further from Panama City then we would like. But we were grateful to find somewhere to stay due to it being a 3-day holiday. Would definitely stay there again. Everything you need is in this one location.
