Positive: Good comfortable beds. I usually like a firm mattress but these were a little on the softer side but still comfy. Enjoyed our villa and how we could cook every meal. Cleaning staff was really nice. The remotes had Netflix so you could log into. I normally don’t like hotel provided shampoo/conditioners/body wash but it was nice and now I found it online.
Negative: Described as ocean view but we actually were facing the busy street and opposite of the ocean. Directly facing a parking lot. Paid a lot of money to have our meals on the balcony facing a parking lot. They stopped providing water with orange slices and water with cucumbers around the pool. Wish they would make 1 out of the 5 pools an adult only pool.
Summary: Extremely kid and family friendly surrounded by beautiful ocean scenery.

Positive: . Love the property and the views and the spacious villas. We definitely used the large 21 person Jacuzzi a lot as the pools were a little cold and the water in the waterslide kids play area was super cold.
Negative: Love the property we have been going for years just this time we were underwhelmed and a bit saddened by the remodel of the primary suite in the Villa. The new renovation removed the large tub and the second showerhead in the shower. We were super bummed by the removal of the tub as we were planning on a relaxing weekend where we could soak in the tub. Also the room we requested. Was unavailable and the front desk slide and said they were giving us the only available room on this property which is in no way the truth when I complained they were able to give me a similar room closer to the pool on the opposite side of the property that I requested. It is unfortunate to be lied to as a Marriott rewards member and somebody that has visited this property for the last eight years

Negative: Everything was a 10/10 as usual.

Positive: Location of the property Accommodation in 2 bdrm unit was very comfortable and nice, despite having no view.
Negative: Landscaping not worthy of the location and facilities. Surprisingly, Not very well tended. Huge fountain in courtyard needs work, painting or something. Very ugly 2colors. Housekeeping only offered twice during our week long stay. Had to request extra towels.
Summary: Pretty good visit. Would have liked a bit of a view
