Villa situated close to the town of Loja, in the region of Loja, province of Granada, Andalucia.
This picturesque holiday villa finds itself under a vegetation cover, and in spite of being completely underground, is characterised by bright and colourful rooms. Its 180 m2 comprise three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and one with two bunk beds, one of which right on the top of a rock. Moreover, the villa features one bathroom with ground caved bathtub, a dining-living room with fireplace, a thoroughly equipped independent kitchen and a sauna/steam bath for up to four people. The home is provided with air-con and heating in the bedrooms.
The outdoor area’s 1000 m2 are full of gardens with gorgeous fountains and crystal-clear ponds, a glazed barbecue area with a complete kitchen and a living room, a welcoming Jacuzzi, a solarium and a wonderful private swimming pool, where you can relax while enjoying the marvellous views of the surrounding mountains.
The access to the house, which also provides its guests with private parking, is completely paved and shared among the neighbours. Only the last 30 metres are of a completely-levelled dirt track.
This villa is located in the foothill of the Sierra de Loja, next to the Nacimiento de Las Pasaderas, 45 minutes far from the sea and the nearest ski station. Summary: Beautiful house, lovely surroundings and we had a lovely holiday the garden areas needs a lot of maintainance and general care Nothing made our holiday worse, but it would have been better if things were better maintained.

Summary: Es begann für uns sehr angenehm. Wir landeten sehr früh und genossen Malaga zunächst eine Weile. In der Zwischenzeit hatten wir José eine Nachricht geschickt. Wir fragten, ob wir, wenn möglich, früher zum Haus gehen könnten. Er wollte uns Bescheid geben. Er tat dies und wir konnten tatsächlich früher einchecken. Er hat alles gut erklärt und ist ein sehr angenehmer Mann. Wir mussten nur eine Nachricht senden, wenn wir etwas brauchten oder eine Frage hatten. Nichts ist ihm zu viel verlangt. Schön ist auch, dass man eine WhatsApp mit tollen Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und Orten erhält, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Die Tiere auf dem Grundstück (Huhn, Hahn, Pfau – Frösche und Katzen) waren allesamt ruhige Wesen. Beim Fressen sind die Katzen überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Sie genossen ihre Freiheit sichtlich. Zu essen haben sie bestimmt auch genug. (Für die Hühner und den Pfau steht hinten ein Eimer mit Katzenfutter und Getreide) Der Whirlpool war angenehm, um den Abend zu verbringen. Viele Kühlschränke und ein toller Grill. Man konnte sich drinnen gut abkühlen und die Klimaanlage im Gemeinschaftsraum reicht wirklich aus. Die Betten waren für uns wunderbar! Wasser direkt aus den Bergen, unsere Haare waren noch nie so weich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und es lohnt sich, ihn zu wiederholen. Vielen Dank, José, für die Gastfreundschaft, die Delikatesse und den köstlichen Wein.

Summary: We were in this house for the second time. Very beautifully and variedly designed, both the outside and the inside. The contact with the landlord is excellent; if you have any questions or problems, he is happy to help quickly. Various cats, chickens and peacocks run around freely on the grounds. Almost like a farm holiday :-). It certainly won't be the last time we visit this house.

Summary: Großartig für Saunaliebhaber, eines der wenigen Ferienhäuser in Andalusien, die überhaupt eine Sauna besitzen. Es eine urige Höhlensauna und sie wird richtig schön heiß beim Aufguss. Anheizen muss man selbst, Holz ist aber genug vorhanden. Super ist auch der Whirlpool mit Blick über die Olivenfelder und sogar die Sierra Nevada kann man in der Ferne erspähen. Abschließend eine kalte Dusche draußen und ein eiskaltes Bad zum Abschecken im Pool (zumindest im Februar), der erfreulicherweise das ganze Jahr über gefüllt ist. Ganz toll für uns war, dass man den Hund mitbringen darf. Keine Angst, liebe Hundebesitzer, die Hühnchen und Pfauen können auch eingesperrt werden, falls ein Hund - wie unserer - gern mal auf die Jagd geht! Als kleinen Bonus bekommt man frische Eier, wenn man sich gut um die süßen Zwerghühnchen kümmert und sie füttert. Jose ist großartig, herzlich und wirklich immer ansprechbar, wenn man etwas benötigt. Danke, lieber Jose für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Summary: Ein ganz spezielles Erdhaus, mit viel Liebe und Ideenreichtum erbaut und ausgestattet. Der Garten ist von 2 prächtigen Pfauen, 1 Katze und 5 Hühnern bewohnt. Eine Wohlfühloase!

Summary: Für unseren Geschmack hätte diese kleine Oase gepflegter sein können..auch Wasser des Pools..aber die Terasse mit Aussicht war wunderbar haben das Zusammenleben mit den Tieren genossen, auch wenn man dann natürlich die Hinterlassenschaften wegmachen muss 😀und fanden das Haus gut ausgestattet..nur diese furchtbaren Duftstecker mussten wir gleich alle ziehen..braucht es gar nicht ..schlafen konnten wir wegen mangelnder Belüftung nicht so gut ..ist eben alles eine Erfahrung und man weiss ja vorher dass es in eine Höhle geht .. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, wie idyllisch und ruhig dieses Haus gelegen ist, was er wirklich eindrucksvoll selbst gebaut hat

Summary: Das komplette Anwesen ist einfach super. José kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste und hat ein wahres Paradies erschaffen. Das Highlight (Ende Oktober) waren natürlich der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Diese muss zwar selbst eingeheizt werden, was aber dank gutem Kamin und ausreichend trockenen Brennholz problemlos funktionierte. Die Finca ist teilweise unterirdisch angelegt, das Interieur rustikal, alles benötigte vorhanden und sehr sauber. Zu unserer Freude gab es neben den zwei Pfauen und einer Handvoll Hühner auch noch einige kleine Katzen. Wir hoffen diese werden auch von den weiteren Gästen gut gefüttert, sie haben immer Hunger. Die Lage in Loja ist sehr ruhig, aber in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto beim Supermercado (mit super Fischtheke!) und unter einer Stunde in Granada. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Gegend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Summary: En Junio del año 2021 (si,si, 2021) indagando por Ruralidays me encontré con este ALOJAMIENTO, en ese momento sabía que era lo que buscaba para mí y mi familia y ya reservé para Septiembre de este año, con 15 meses de antelación. El resultado ? Lo ansiado, tranquilidad, entorno espectacular, instalaciones súper acogedoras. Propietario, sin palabras, educado, súper atento con todos nosotros. Tengo que decir que me sorprendió muy gratamente el trabajo que Jose Antonio a realizado para que todos podamos disfrutar de sus instalaciones. Siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo y cuánto necesitáramos durante nuestra instancia con recomendaciones de todo tipo, tanto gastronómicas cómo culturales. Resumiendo, quedamos todos encantados con la elección del destino. Echamos mucho en falta a las gallinas, a los pavos reales, a los gatinos y su mamá, a todos ellos nuestro perro RON les manda un abrazo ya que hicieron muy buenas migas y también la perrina de nuestra hija (Nilli). Desde Asturias mandamos un afectuoso saludo y agradecemos a Jose Antonio y familia su atención hacia todos nosotros. Abrazo para allá amigo
