Positive: Very quiet, nice for a get away from the world scenario. Saw Herons, a Bald Eagle and Otters.

Negative: Toilet in upstairs bathroom didn't flush completely most of the time. Took two or three tries to get TP to go down.

Positive: Beds were comfy; west facing deck was great for sunset, nice floor plan with 2 bdrms and 2 baths. Setting was very quiet and nestled in the woods.

Negative: 35 minute drive from Pt Townsend; bring all your own everything - only TP, PT, games and linens provided. Far from any store to run out and get coffee or tea or tissues or food! Be sure to bring them along! Our hopes of sitting on the deck in the morning sipping hot drinks were dashed. Had to leave to drive back to PT to get some. Disappointed the water is more like a marsh fronting this house with limited waterfront for walking. Nice view for watching the sun set, but not best if you want to go for a long waterfront walk.

Positive: There was no breakfast. The location was beautiful.

Negative: The downstairs heaters did not work. It was a minor inconvenience.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. We also liked the proximity to Port Townsend.

Negative: Loud ticking of exhaust fan timer on lower level bathroom never went off. Fan working fine.

Positive: Views of the water were lovely. Watched lots of wildlife and even a couple Bald Eagles. Enjoyed the quiet and many parks near by to explore.

Negative: Heat wasnt turned on for our arrival so it took a while to get it comfortable. Clothes storage was nonexistent in the master bedroom. No where to put suitcases either.
