Positive: The behaviour of the personnel and the room service. I arrived late (about 21:30h) due to an airline delay but I called to let them know about it and asked the restaurant to be available for something basic for dinner, but they exceeded my expectations. I ordered the hamburger, which arrived with a salad (nice) and quite a bunch of fries that I thought "not, too late for that" but... they were so good that I ate them all :) The best fries I have eaten in ages. Honestly. And I travel quite often and to Brussels too. Also the personnel at the restaurant were very kind in explaining what was best to choose in terms of amount, etc. Really nice people. Also the breakfast has quite a good list of options. The location is obviously perfect to go on foot to many EC premises in, literally, 4-5 minutes walk. Which is also convenient to leave the luggage at the hotel and then come back fast to pick it up before going back to the airport.

Negative: I knew I was booking a small room (although not cheap at all), I was just expending a few hours (dinner, sleep, and breakfast) but I would have not expected to see a fridge in the bathroom. I doubt this is even complying with health and safety regulations.

Summary: I recommend it: Brilliant staff at the restaurant, excellent hamburger and fries - Great location
