Positive: The hotel receptionist (I believe his name is Karthik) was very kind and helpful. The location is conveniently close to my workplace, with easy access to nearby restaurants. It's a decent place to stay, though you shouldn't expect the amenities of a large hotel

Negative: At the time of booking, it was mentioned that breakfast was included. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant. To avoid confusion for future guests, it would be helpful to remove the breakfast option from the listing

Positive: The room was clean, toilet was clean

Negative: There weren't basic necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste etc., Hot water wasn't available at needed times, No space to keep the bags and clothes Mirror was placed in a weird place,hard to use Bedspread was worn off Door lock was half broken The telephone in the room doesn't work.

Summary: It was okay, wouldn't suggest unless you really have no other option
