Positive: The breakfast had lots of good choices. The happy hour was SO NICE! Everyone we talked to was exceptionally kind and chatty. I loved the decor and music in the lobby/common area. So fun. The bed and pillows were comfy, and everything was so clean. A bonus is being next to the cutest, tastiest tiki bar! Plot twist! They even have drinks to go! SO fun.

Summary: It was a perfect vibe and location for whatever you are doing in Frankenmuth.

Positive: Breakfast and reception in the evening were pleasant surprises.

Negative: There were no windows in the room other than the door to the balcony, a normal door with small window. So view from room was nonexistent and only from the balcony itself.

Summary: Very clean, amazing staff. Will stay again.

Positive: Nice room, balcony overlooking the river. Weather was so beautiful we actually sat outside for a bit (end of Feb). Wine/snacks in evening was a fun surprise and breakfast was good! Car was parked underground and never left the spot; we were able to walk everywhere.

Negative: Comfortable and clean

Summary: Lovely hotel and location - will stay here again.

Positive: Mary and I did not partake of breakfast but our son, Jack, did. He said it was great.

Negative: I believe there exists an opportunity to expedite the check-in process at most hotels. That would be true of this hotel, as well. While David, the front desk clerk, was very pleasant, I thought the process took more time than necessary.
