Summary: My family and myself stayed for my sons cooperstown baseball trip. Its about a 30 min drive but the view was worth the drive. Loved the quite area.

Summary: Booked a long weekend in between our 2 families. We’ve vacationed together for years and decided a long weekend called for a get together. The house was perfect for 8, and could have comfortably accommodated more. We loved the layout and the large open main floor. It allowed for good food, good fun and a lot of laughter. George stopped by the first day to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything else. There was light snow overnight one night, George made sure to have the driveway plowed so we could get out if we wanted to. We had such a good time we are already talking about meeting again to experience a different season there.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the house. The owner was easy to reach and very friendly. He brought us freshly picked corn on the cob two days, had plenty of wood for us to use in the awesome firepit, and even gave us a tour of his barn. (the grandkids loved seeing the cows close up) We thoroughly enjoyed the sun room, too! There were so fun many things to do around the area that we were able to keep everyone engaged and happy all week. All in all, it was a great week!

Summary: Very family friendly! You will feel right at home at this property. Located on a farm so you get a visit from the milking cows each night… so cute! Every amenity you could possibly need and George was a pleasure to deal with. Not especially fancy but if your looking for a down home feel and sitting on the beautiful porch watching the sunset… this is your place! Definitely 5/5😊
