Positive: Location was great, the bus to Barcelona was nearby and at £2.65 each, very reasonable, there were 2 pools, 1 heated. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, the aircon was very good and cooled the room quickly.
Negative: No toaster or electric kettle.

Positive: I liked the city itself, the location of the hotel, the attitude of some of the hotel staff. The breakfast was good, the parking is convenient. They give an umbrella for the beach. The location of the hotel allowed me to go to other interesting places in Spain.
Negative: It all started with checking into the hotel where we were supposed to stay for 12 days. Instead of a room with a sea view, we were given a room with a view of another building. After complaining to the administrator, we were given a room with a sea view, but it was very small. In the reservation they wrote that the room area was 25 sq.m., but in reality it was 20 sq.m. The bathroom was also very dirty, the toilets need to be changed. We had to ask to clean the bathroom again. The sun loungers near the pool are old, they also need to be changed. The rooms let in outside noise. Many families with small children stay at the hotel and you have to listen to their cries at night. The incident started with checking in, as I wrote, they gave the wrong and small room, and for 12 days I also had to pay an additional 36 euros instead of the indicated 9 euros for the city tax. As they explained, Booking.com provided the information incorrectly. I had to believe it. When checking out, the employee in glasses, I think her name was Adelia, demanded that I pay for parking again, although I had done it earlier. To prove the payment, I had to spend a lot of time and nerves, and therefore I did not have time to have a normal breakfast because of the employee's mistake. Because of her actions, we could have missed the plane. As a result, I really ask Booking.com to give correct information about the tax in this good city. I ask the hotel administration to take into account that they demanded another payment of 80 euros from me simply because of the employee's mistake. I also want to inform future tourists that the water in the sea is very muddy and there are always waves. Although the beach has all the amenities and is located next to the hotel.

Negative: The laundry system is sad, shoved in a corner and a bit unclean. The dryer doesn’t dry thoroughly even after an hour of drying on high. The internet speed is mediocre and the telephone lines don’t work mostly. Far from any grocery store, so you have to go far for buying anything as little as water, unless you can buy some from the restaurant downstairs temporarily.
