Summary: Room was clean. Only positive. Parking was atrocious, water pressure in sink and shower almost non existent, no hot water in sink, half of the lights did not work and you have to shower almost completely in the dark. Speaking of shower, the provided shampoo and conditioner were bottles similar to suave like they were bought at Walmart, just sitting in the bottom of the shower. Extremely unsanitary. Who knows what the previous person left in/on them. The tv had multiple remotes and was a pain in the ass to use.

Summary: We just needed the room for a night. That wasn’t enough. The room was so beautiful and we really wish we had occasion to stay longer. We will plan another visit and stay longer, absolutely.

Summary: Super cute room, the location is beautiful. the owner was extremely nice and goes out of his way for guest. Bed was comfy. The coffee was excellent The top sheet had sap or something sticky. The fridge was a bit dirty.

Summary: Relaxing cabin for us, 2 adults, one teen and a 6 yr old. We enjoyed the view of the creek, and seeing the redwoods outside. As others have mentioned, it is rustic…not luxury, and that is what we were looking for. Full kitchen, but we only used microwave to heat food. Queen bed was comfortable, though pillows were thin. I’d recommend bringing your own, as well as towels if you like your own fluffy thick ones. The first night we arrived (Fri) property wasn’t full, and we parked easily. It became full by Sat evening, and we had to be extra careful maneuvering in/out of our spot. Sewer line smell happened for about 45 min Sun morning, but went away. I figure it’s part of having cabins/RVs in a semi-rural area. Masood is very friendly, easy to checkin and checkout. Will come back.

Summary: A great, quiet place to spend two nights over July 4 with my wife and dog. We walked to restaurants for dinner. The room was clean and appliances looked new and in great condition.

Summary: This love is rustic and unique. My 82 year old mother wanted to go to a cabin in the woods and hear a stream. I wanted to go to the beach and have fun. This was the best of both worlds! She LOVED the cabin and the deck and the sound of the stream. She was like a teenager video’ing and sending to the family. We both LOVED Masood. Cannot wait to go back. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place within a 30 minute drive to the beaches and bustle of Santa Cruz. Rustic rocks!
