Summary: Everything at the Masseria Fortificata Donnaloia was just exquisite. The masseria and its garden are beautiful. The staff are kind and competent. The location is perfect. I cannot wait to go back.

Summary: The rate of this location seems to be a 5*, but honestly cannot be anything more than 3*. the location itself is not bad, but really nothing special. The guys at reception were fine, but they did not propose any of the possible services till explicit request based on the info we got from internet (e.g. pool, spa, restaurant). Explanation about the possibility to have dinner at their restaurant was so poor that we could not even imagine to thinck about. the room was small a bit old as condition, but nice and overall comfortable. what is not acceptable for any hotel level but mainly for a 5* (so said) the waste bin in the bathroom was not cleared after the former guests... It was just for one night, then ok. But I will remember to not go again.

Summary: This hotel is gorgeous, the terrace has amazing views, the restaurant is beautiful, the pool is great and I loved all the plants around. Also great location, the beach is five minutes away and there are great restaurants with good prices around. However for me the biggest pro of this hotel is the staff. We needed to get a PCR test and the receptionist went above and beyond to schedule this for us. It’s a pity I didn’t get his name but he was the one that welcomed us in the hotel on Sunday, July 18th. He not only managed to book us the test but got the lab to bring someone over to the hotel for it and printed all the forms for us beforehand. We could see how stressful the whole logistics were but he made sure we were enjoying our time there while he took care of it. The staff in the restaurant was also brilliant, always checking if we needed anything and bringing coffees and eggs promptly. Grazie mille a tutti!

Summary: Enjoyable stay on the beautiful Puglia coast. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent... we loved their complimentary bikes.. overall an awesome stay

Summary: Why is the pool area only open between 10-18.00?? If you would like a morning swim or relaxing in the late afternoon when it is no so warm ...you can´t use the pool..Why?? The food can also be improved and the waiter should definitely know what they are serving...not answering that this is something that the kitchen will know!!!! The breakfast was huge in terms of sweets bur for foreign guests with other breakfast habits they could improve. It was rather noisy from the room above where we lived...It was not really price worthy!!! See the need of the customer is something that they must improve!!!
