Summary: Great value, clean room with separate shower and toilet. Working AC which was very appreciated during the hot German summer. Quiet and calm neighborhood with a great selection of restaurants on a walking distance.

Summary: First time for us at this hotel chain, we booked the same day as we were passing through by car. Since they do not have a reception or staff on site, you do all the check-in via your phone to get the access-codes to the room, in this case with poor coverage next to the hotel, which required some time and patience with the information to be entered Once it was done, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room, good beds, nice with 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchenette. The breakfast at the neighboring Leonardo hotel was plentiful and tasty. Parked on the street outside, where you could park for free

Summary: The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient for us as we were passing through, with easy access to the main roads. The only downside was that there was no reception, and we never received the automatic email with entrance code instructions. As a result, we had to sort everything out via WhatsApp at the last minute, including communication about parking. Once that was resolved, everything was fine.

Summary: Very nice hotel and clean rooms. Modern style, one of the best in this price range. First time shower is not leaking, warm floor in the bathroom, so always dry and warm. Great beds, kitchen, it simply have everything you need.

Summary: This was an interesting new type of hotel stay for us. My mother grew up in Altona in the 50s after the war. I hadn’t been to Hamburg in about 20 years so we decided to visit pre-Christmas for the markets (way too crowded and difficult public transportation during it). The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection oven, deep well sink as well as cookware and utensils. It was relatively quiet and situated. Typical German hard mattress and too many smokers outside every door. I couldn’t live in a city like this, but an occasional visit should only take a few days off my life.

Summary: The rooms was nice and clean, but the daily cleaning announced on Hotels.com didn't happen. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't get cleaning once. The check-in via WhatsApp took almost an hour. Something that normally takes 5-10 minutes in a hotel with a normal reception. You wouldn't expect this lack of service in a hotel in this price category.
