Summary: The property is great for the price. Breakfasts is normal, not too much options, I can say is decent. Parking is terrible, vey tight spaces. Be careful.

Summary: The bathrooms were covered in black mold. Carpets and walls in the hallways were filthy. Paint was peeling on the walls in the room and there was mold on the walls. Utterly disgusting!

Summary: The restaurant in the hotel is good, so you don't need to go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't want. Also, there are some dinning options around the hotel. The room was clean but it could be cleaner. But it is still above the average. It is close to the American consulate and the area is safe considering Porto Alegre is a big city.
