Positive: Perfect location - steps from the cathedral, restaurants and shops. Amenities were excellent- everything available/new and working - soap, kitchenware, iron, dishwasher, washer, basics for cooking ,oil, coffee etc. Very spacious.
Negative: Since there are restaurants just downstairs, there is music until late and can get noisy early in the morning - mostly heard only from one bedroom.
Summary: I would definitely recommend. Our driver left us off a little further out because the streets can be too narrow for bigg

Positive: There was very clear communication and a person met us and showed us in. Way better than a hidden key or door pad. We were able to ask questions.
Negative: I wished I hadn't chosen the room overlooking Mateos Gago. It was Very noisy. Very. That's what I get for picking first. LOL. That front bedrroom is only for someone who sleeps like a rock. Also, we were there seven nights. I would've liked to have had two towels per person, at least, instead of just one. But she did stock with extra toilet paper so we wouldn't have to buy any....that was thoughtful.
Summary: It's hard to beat this location for convenience. And it is so very clean and spacious.
