Positive: This property is really great. Brand new with everything that you need to stay on Bora Bora, and you don't want to waste your money with overpriced resorts. Everything is within walking distance (grocery store, car rental company), and the beach is really just a few steps away. Also, you have enough privacy to spend time outside on the terrace. This is a no-brainer on Matira beach.

Positive: Modern bungalow right on the beachfront. Lovely area. Great location. The bungalow itself is very, very small. The kitchen is tiny, and so is the bathroom. We stayed for 4 nights and only had one beach towel, one hand toilet, and one bath towel each, that’s not enough if you go onto a swimming holiday!
