Positive: Walking distance from Cagsawa Ruins and local cariderias. Literally beside a McDonalds if you're craving for a burger. Great rooftop view.

Negative: No complaints overall, but I hope the east facing balconies had a little bit of shade so I can view Mayon from my own room in the future.

Positive: Best spot to see the Mayon Volcano, clean and staff are very accommodating.

Negative: Toilet is not working the flush, need to use scoop and bucket for shower, toilet and shower in one that toilet paper got wet. No hook to hang clothes.
