Positive: Overall Impression: A cozy, clean, and highly comfortable stay. The location is perfect for enjoying scenic views of Mayon Volcano and Sumlang Lake. Highlights: Modern & Spacious Bathroom: Huge plus points for the spotless shower room. It’s well-lit, well-maintained, and has a great water supply and bidet. Excellent Room Features: The room is comfy, clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Having a fridge and a complete kitchen area was great for cooking my own meals. Breathtaking Views: Beautiful rooftop viewing area for the Mayon Volcano, and a nice outdoor table to sit and chill in the mornings. Great Service: Smooth check-in and check-out process. I really appreciate the host/caretaker allowing us to check in two hours early as soon as we arrived. Warm Hospitality: The owner and their kids were polite, polite, and very approachable.Convenient Amenities: Loved having the outdoor hangers available to dry washed clothes.

Negative: We really enjoyed the space and loved the concrete, unfinished design. To help you further elevate the guest experience, we wanted to share a few minor suggestions we thought of during our visit: Storage & Furniture: Adding wall hooks or a small cabinet to hang clothes would make the room feel much larger. Replacing the camping chair with a small set of drawers would also be incredibly useful for unpacking. Kitchen & Cleanliness: The kitchen area could use a bit more organization. Having the open garbage directly next to the dining table was a bit tricky, and the dish sponge and dishwashing liquid appeared a bit dirty. Outdoor Amenities: A water dispenser outside would be a fantastic addition and really elevate the overall experience. Property Accessibility: The location is a bit challenging for guests without a car or motorcycle.
