Positive: We had a very good experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always kind and helpful. I had a very early flight, so I arranged transportation through Booking at 3 AM. The hotel staff was incredibly supportive — they helped me contact the driver, checked that everything was in order, and made sure it was the correct driver with the proper documents before I left. As a traveler, this made me feel very safe and cared for. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Positive: Excellent location, 10-15 minute walk from all the major attractions. Staff is wonderful, very helpful. It was a nice plus to be able to relax in the pool and the sauna after a long day sightseeing.

Negative: The thing which could be improved is the insulation: you could hear the room next door, people flushing their toilet, or walking in the corridor (we were right next to an elevator. Also, the maintenance is very poor: paint and plaster coming off the ceiling, strong sewage smell in the swimming pool changing rooms, dust on the furniture in the lobby area.

Positive: Absolutely perfect location and VERY helpful staff.

Negative: The hotel is visibily a bit of USED already, some equipment would be hood to change or repair but everything was clean. Also breakfast might be a bit of wider choice. But location is absolutely perfect, staff is very nice and helpful. Happy to come back again when I am back in Istanbul👍
