Positive: I had to push back my non cancellable booking by a few days bc of an ear problem happening making me unable to fly. Instead of charging me for changing the dates, the host didn’t only change the dates with no hesitation, but ALSO upgraded my room for FREE so that I would have a window to help with my ear pressure. As a female solo traveller it can be scary being in a foreign country but having a female host made it that bit more comfortable too. I even messaged once at 2am regarding something and she replied instantly. So incredible generous, helpful and understanding - she will literally help with anything! I couldn’t recc more, When I return to turkey I hope to stay here again, places like this deserve more🤍🤍
Summary: This was easily the best hotel experience I’ve had in my years of travelling.

Positive: The room was big and me and my friend had a personal space each to sleep and organise our things. The receptionist was available to help
Negative: The room was close to the lift and there was sometimes noise (but probably this was only for our room). There was noise also from the rooms around us, mostly from some running water of the flush. But the problem was quickly solved when the receptionist was told. Anyway, in general it was not a big problem to sleep. The hotel is also on a steep street, so maybe it's not suggested for whom has some problems in walking (it was ok for us)
Summary: I liked the apartment in general, I could return again.

Positive: Our host went above and beyond to make us feel right at home! Our room was beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we could ask for, and a terrific terrace with sea view to relax on. She also helped with storing our luggage and arrangements for shuttle service. Location was excellent and walkable - Would definitely stay here with my family again when returning to Istanbul!
