Positive: The view we had out of our large bedroom window was exceptional but disappointed with the main lounge\dining\kitchen window which faced the carpark. Kitchenette provided everything we needed. There was plenty of brochures by the front desk telling us all sorts of activities etc. available in the area.

Positive: Location was lovely and what we expected. Didn't have breakfast there.
Negative: We received a message to confirm our 1.00pm check in. When we arrived they knew nothing of the confirmation and check in was at 3.00pm. We were told booking.com gave us the wrong information through a 3rd party. Instead of having to wait 2 hrs hours for our room to be ready, McCracken offered us an upgrade at no extra cost because of the inconvenience. We had a wonderful time, reception and restaurant staff were great. Would go back again.

Positive: View from room. When we had an ant problem it was attended to immediately and efficiently
Negative: Arrive at 2.45 and made wait to check in and others who came few mi nutes after us were checked in immediately. Wouldn't have minded a toaster in the room.

Positive: The staff was wonderful. The food was excellent. The aircon in the room was adequate. Appreciated the clean sheets (bedding).
Negative: The pillows and mattress was in poor shape. The fridge door on the outside needed cleaning and so did the headboard and spotlight. The latter two was layerd with dust. The toilet roll kept on falling from the rail which meant I had to flush away a lot of toilet paper.
Summary: Except for the food, we paid too much for what we got.
