Positive: The cabin and location were absolutely beautiful! What a great view. Very secluded and private. The staff at Vacasa were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend staying here. They did a great job of making sure everything was provided for your stay.
Negative: It was a rainy weekend, so I wish there was more of an overhang on the deck so we could have sat outside to enjoy the view. I also wish the bunk beds had springs.

Negative: Vacasa service and assistance. They were very frustrating and unable to help any of our requests. The house was very hot and we just asked for a fan in each bedroom. We even offered to purchase ourselves but it took 2 days to get a response. They strung us along promising to get back to us and they never did until the day we left providing absolutely no solutions to our complaints.
Summary: Bring your own fan or don’t travel there in the summer

Positive: -large, quiet property with huge lawn -comfortable living spaces and bedrooms -Keurig pods are provided (if you’re not picky about your coffee) -clean -nice and firm master bedroom bed -there is a nice bound photo book with info about the area and things to do
Negative: -wifi internet connection is very spotty and unreliable, so don’t count on working, streaming. If you have ATT, there is 1-3 bars of cell service, not sure about the other mobile services. Vacasa customer help suggests that you call the provider for help and keeps asking whether I’m connecting to the right guest WiFi and password. Really. -the color temperature of most of the lights in the home is 4000k. This is like bad institutional lighting, think jails and hospitals. It should be 2700k — like warm incandescent illumination. -had to figure out how to program Keurig machine. Not sure if it was new or what. -had to hunt for grilling tools. Finally found them in a cabinet by front door, instead of in kitchen or anywhere near the grill -check out instructions ask for dishes to be washed and put away. That would be a lot easier if there was a dish rack. -the water in the shower is slow to respond to the controls, have to wait 10 seconds before the water temp responds. Also, at times the water goes cold. It may be be someone was using the water in the kitchen. -there was no DVD player as listing notes, but it was a non issue for us -toiletries are skimpy. Barely enough for two. So would suggest bring your own. -at $1400 with taxes and fees over a three day holiday weekend, I may not have been so picky, but it would also help if the home’s quirks were spelled out or solved up front
