This sweet home couldn't be more perfect for an amazing time in Mckinney! Family reunions, large families who want to get away for a retreat to a fun area, church groups, corporate weekends - its a perfect location for D/FW!
Our home is located in a quite and master planned community in DF/W with close access to both 75 and 121, so its easy and quick to get anywhere fun and super easy to get to Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Richardson, Allen Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, Melissa, Aubrey. Its close to church, temple, Allen Outlet Mall, Stonebrier Mall, We have walking trails around a beautiful park area. We are within 7-8 min drive from historic downtown Mckinney and all of those fun local restaurants, boutique shops and antique stores, without the safety concerns of staying off of the downtown area. Our area is extremely safe and close to everything! Head to downtown Mckinney or Adriatica or Six Flags for a day of fun, shopping and yummy treats, then home to your own huge, private luxurious home. We are very close from 75 and 121, so between here and Dallas, its easy to find a myriad of amazing shopping experiences, and dining delights! Dallas has eclectic, cultural and outdoor fun, with so many fantastic restaurants, then you can retreat out of the city for space and relaxing atmosphere.
Open the door to a sweeping swirly staircase with a floorplan that is designed for relaxation! Upstairs you'll find 2 big size bedrooms both with queen size beds attached Jack and Jill bathroom and a large gameroom overlooking open to below gives mansion look. Each bathroom invites you with luxury products, fluffy towels and 4 sinks so nobody is on top of each other and we include high-end toiletries for your enjoyment. All bathrooms have wonderful rain-shower style shower heads for a spa experience. The house is full of natural lights.
Downstairs, a beautiful semi kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
With so many amazing nearby restaurants or in downtown Mckinney, you'll want to do eat out more! A bar with huge island for chatting and a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. A downstairs master bedroom decorated in serene colors with attached full bath with garden tub and shower with twin wash basin and a huge closet and a beautiful view of the gorgeous green backyard boasts most of the year. A full bathroom (shower) attached to a fully furnished guest suite. The living room has plenty of relaxing seating, a large flatscreen tv with DVD player attached, and all overlooking the gorgeous backyard! The master bedroom has a king bed, a huge vanity , and its own views of the lush green backyard, a master bathroom with a garden tub and huge shower, mean luxurious baths every night. You can wind down in privacy, or wake up and have coffee in your own quiet wing.
The back yard has a covered porch with comfortable furniture to relax under the lights. Comfy chairs for catching up on your tan!
Please note, this is our *home* and not an empty house. We have everything neat, clean tidy and put away, but some closets will be locked, and you may see hints of real people living here!! :)
**WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS. We have outdoor camera's set up, and if we find any of our rules have been broken, we will immediately cancel the stay and require immediate removal from the property.
