Positive: Excellent Breakfast. The welcome was warm and friendly and the hotel was decorated very well for christmas. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The pool and gym were good.
Negative: Wifi was not working and this was not divulged by staff. the explanation as to why it wasn't available also wasn't satisfactory. Locks were not provided for the changing room in the gym

Positive: Standards,Service from all staff who we had contact with.
Negative: Been informed we had to pay £250 deposit in case we left any damage. Have been using this hotel for over 10 years, three times in the past few months, my wife and I are in our late seventies .
