Welcome to Meade Manor-
Come spread out in this family-friendly home which sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is recently updated and can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. It is in a central location with quick access to all that Chattanooga has to offer, at about 10 minutes to downtown, Hixson, Hamilton Place, or the airport
The space-
You'll get to enjoy this entire split level 3bed 2bath home. The basement features a laundry and utilities room in addition to a large game room! Kids and adults alike will enjoy playing on full size ping pong and foosball tables. If thats not your style then hone you aim on the dart board, or try to rack up a high score on our mini pac-man arcade game. This is also where we have a small bunk bed for kids and a comfy memory foam futon.
Upstairs you'll find a nice open feeling layout, but with a separate kitchen, dinning, and family room. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully stocked with kitchenware and some basic cooking supplies and snacks. So get cooking, and enjoy meal together in the dinning room, with a beautiful chandelier overhead. Enjoy the fast fiber Wifi and Lounge and stream on the 65 inch Roku smart tv. Try not to fall asleep in the oversized leather recliner. Good luck.
Down the hallway you have the full guest bath on the right with a beautiful newly upgraded vanity and some local art. The bedrooms boast premium linens and towels with comfortable beds of varying firmness. Each room has its own style and has a dresser, nightstand, lamp and closet. In addition the master has a large desk/workspace and an ensuite full bathroom. you'll be sure to love the luxurious gel foam mattress in the master suite. Come and make your self at home while you enjoy Chattanooga!

Guest have access to the entire house. Two cars can be parked side by side in the driveway. Guests may also park on the street

Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 50$ cleaning fee. Dogs not allowed on furniture, 1 large dog bed provided. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside and picked up after. Dogs must be crated if left alone at the home. No other pets allowed, no smoking inside, no parties

Summary: Clean, well-stocked, comfortable home in quiet, family neighborhood in East Chattanooga. My kids loved the ping pong table and foosball. The kitchen was loaded with cooking supplies (even spices!). Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and blackout blinds that everyone appreciated. Even special items available for our dog! Host was responsive and accommodating. This was our 5th time visiting Chattanooga and this house was everyone’s favorite (ages 7-70). Thanks, Luke! Hope to be back next year!

Summary: We stayed at this property for the Ironman race. There were plenty of comfortable beds for the five of us. Logistically it was in a good location for the race, albeit just a little bit farther out than most probably. We found that to be just fine. There's a very nice little game room in the basement, and that would be a good place to store your bikes before the race. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need, plus even some snacks:) The place is modest, but nice, and we appreciated the comfort and functionality!

Summary: Home: Clean, great for adults and kids! Tv ready for Netflix + more, games, foosball table and dart board were a total hit and a plus! Home was also nice and cool during a hot summer. Snacks were a nice surprise and gesture. Kitchen: Equipped and huge table with additional seating if needed. Pets: Pet friendly and large yard for dogs. Location: it’s a nice little neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and close to the Highway! Parking: Plenty of room for a few vehicles. Overall, this house was perfect for our needs and enjoyed our time during our stay. Thank you!

Summary: Great house. Very clean, comfortable and spacious and allowed pets but make sure to go beyond the booking info on VRBO and directly reach out to owner to let them know you have a pet. We assumed the pet fee was included since we booked with a pet but the owner sent a message that we had not booked with a pet and charged the fee after the stay. No biggie but we like to always be respectful of property owners and their note after the fact indicated we were trying to defraud them which we were not and we were always happy to pay the fee. VRBO requires you to add a pet to the listing when booking but maybe property owners cannot see this. It’s a nice little neighborhood and right next to our family. We’d stay again without hesitation. Super nice rental and great value. Sorry for any confusion about the pet fee!
