This Chattanooga home is located in the North Brainerd area within a quiet established
neighborhood. The house was built in 1950 and has been tastefully designed to include all of the modern conveniences you’d expect while on vacation.
Upon arriving you have the option to park on the street or park in the driveway under the carport. You'll enter the property by walking up a couple of small stairs to the front patio, then you'll enter your unique smart lock code on the front door touchpad to enter the house. Ring cameras are installed at all entrances and face outside only. Once you enter the home you'll notice the open layout of the dining and kitchen areas. Each bedroom has a new Zinus mattress and its own dresser and standing fan. There's plenty of room for you and your guests to play board games, watch TV, cook a meal, or socialize. The dining room comfortably seats 4 adults and the kitchen is fully stocked. The house was tastefully decorated with mid-century furniture and eclectic art to enhance the character of the home.
If you prefer the indoors we provide several board games in the dining room cabinet for your enjoyment or stream a movie with HBO Max.

Summary: This property was GREAT for a three night getaway. Close to downtown, but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. Very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. We booked very last minute and Jeremy was MORE than responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Summary: This was my first out of state trip alone with 2 kids and I have no complaints! The house is super cute and plenty big enough for the 3 of us! Jeremy was super nice and helpful by checking in occasionally. I read some previous reviews and there were dressers in each bedroom and I thought the house smelled good! I enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Jeremy made our stay at this house absolutely amazing. Our stay was relaxing, trouble-free, and just what we needed during our time in Chattanooga. Check in process was easy, the house was spotless, and he even had donuts delivered for us on the morning of our check-out. Would recommend this VRBO and host to anyone staying in the area.

Summary: This was by far the worst house I have rented. It had a distinct cat odor once we arrived. Due to us be allergic and the odor being so strong, it just didn’t feel comfortable. On the other hand, Jeremy was beyond helpful.
