Summary: We verbleven in app 3, in de 1e week van juli 2023. Prima verblijf, goede ontvangst en uitleg. Veel natuur in de directe nabijheid, ook om de woning heen. Voldoende rustig, in de verte de Autobahn, maar is niet hinderlijk. En de vele wandelmogelijkheden in de Eifel zijn prima. Ook der Mosel en der Rhein zijn op korte afstand en goed bereisbaar. Het is ons goed bevallen.

Summary: Wij hebben in de meivakantie een fijne week gehad in het huisje. Het is een heel mooie plek, waar je veel vogels hoort. We hebben ook een haas en reeën gezien. Met een westenwind kun je de nabijgelegen snelweg horen, maar als het weer is om buiten op het terras te zitten, komt de wind doorgaans uit het oosten of zuiden. De bedden waren een beetje doorgezakt, maar desondanks hebben we goed geslapen. De WiFi is in het huisje zwak, maar op het terras goed.

Summary: Wij verbleven 1 week in appt. Kaifenheimer Mühle 3 in de warme maand juni en zijn bijzonder hartelijk ontvangen door eigenares Gertrud en haar man Bernd. Het appt. is ruim en comfortabel voor 2 personen. Wij hebben alle dagen zelf gekookt in de praktisch ingerichte keuken. In de slaapkamer zijn de matrassen onlangs vernieuwd. Wij hebben lekker geslapen. Er zijn rolluiken aan alle vensters van het huis. Die hielden we overdag gesloten om de kamers koel te houden. Dat heeft een prettig verschil gemaakt tijdens de hittegolf in juni. We hebben erg genoten van de rust op het domein. Van 's ochtends tot aan zonsondergang hoor je vogelgezang. Heerlijk. Van op ons terras hebben we reeën en hazen gespot. Kaifenheimer Mühle ligt in een idyllische beekvallei. Het is het vertrekpunt voor verschillende wandelpaden. Geoefende wandelaars kunnen van hieruit zelfs te voet naar Burg Pyrmont trekken. Met de auto ben je direct bij Burg Eltz (een must!). Ook de imposante abdij van Maria Laach is absoluut een bezoek waard. Je kan er fijn wandelen rond het vulkaanmeer.

Summary: Wij hebben 2 huisjes gehuurd op het verblijf van de Kaifenheimer Muhle, omdat we graag 2 weken daar wilden verblijven en dat tijdens de boeking niet meer afzonderlijk kon in 1 van de huisjes in de periode van 2 t/m 16 september. Ons verblijf in dit appartement was van 7 tot 16 september. Een heerlijke huisje met alles erop en eraan. Woonkamer, slaapkamer, zeer ruime keuken en badkamer. Er is veel informatie aanwezig over wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. Voor het appartement is een eigen ruim terras waar het heel prettig zitten is en met prachtig uitzicht over een weide met daarom heen bos. We hebben er vaak gezeten en genoten van het heerlijke weer. De rust op het terrein van de Molen is weldadig. In een dal met veel groen. We hebben een paar hazen gezien en een hert. Gertrud en Bernd zijn een fijne, vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Met alle vragen kan je bij hen terecht. Ook is het mogelijk een rondleiding in de oude Molen te krijgen. Wij vonden dat heel leuk. Bijna elke avond hebben wij een wandeling gemaakt in de omgeving van de molen. Er zijn velden en bosachtig gebied waar het prettig wandelen is. In de omgeving van het complex is veel te bezichtigen. We hebben een aantal heel mooie Traumpfadewandelingen gemaakt, met gebruik van de Traumpfade-app die heel prettig werkt. De Moezel is nabij met meerdere leuke stadjes zoals Treis-Karden en Cochem. Wij vonden kleine plaatsjes als Klotten en Beilstein nog mooier en sfeervoller. Burg Eltz is prachtig gelegen en een bezoek waard. Mayen is ook een leuke stad. Wij willen zeker nog eens terug naar de studio of een van de andere 2 appartementen bij de Kaifenheimer Muhle. Heerlijke vakantie gehad!!

Summary: De vakantiewoning ligt midden in de natuur in een mooie omgeving. Vanuit de woning is de Moezel binnen 20 minuten te bereiken. Wij hebben schitterende wandelingen gemaakt naar o.a. burg Elz en burg Pyrmont. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Deze vakantiewoning is echt aan te bevelen voor de rustzoeker en mensen die van de natuur houden. Wij hebben een top week gehad.
