Positive: Very quiet neighborhood, easy and straightforward to find. The room is spacious, matching any five-star hotel standard, with ultimate attention given to all details. Yeah, you won't find hair under the bed or in the sink. Not at this place. Everything professionally arranged, absolutely suitable for short and long stay. Breakfast exhausting in an ambiance that is on par with any restaurant. And, if you don't meet the hosts, you do not know what you will miss out :)

Negative: 99% of the accommodations can be improved. This is the other 1%.

Positive: Hosts very friendly and welcoming with good communication before arrival. The accommodation was super clean and we didn't really want for anything. Excellent cooked breakfast with plenty of choice of preserves, cereals, yoghurts etc. Would fully reccommend and will probably stay again as we are going to be visiting in that area again in the near future. Comfortable double bed.

Positive: Adrian and Sandra were incredibly kind and welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Their home is beautiful, clean and well looked after, it was such a relaxing place to come back to after my placement shifts.

Negative: N/A - everything was exactly as described and I had a really lovely stay. It's one of the best stays I've had whilst travelling and it exceeded my expectations to the point I left Adrian and Sandra a card and chocolates having finished a day earlier than anticipated, as a means of saying thank you.

Summary: A warm, welcoming stay in a beautiful home. I would highly recommend.

Negative: Nothing. Whilst it was a perfect location for us to revisit my entire family history and childhood (within 5 miles), it could be a bit far from the centre of Stockton for others.

Positive: Absolutely lovely hosts who couldn't do enough, beautiful breakfast, comfortable bedroom and private bathroom all really clean. Nice area and really close to the hospital which was convenient for me.

Negative: Only thing was the wifi signal was quite poor so didn't always connect

Positive: Really friendly hosts, they wanted to do everything to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Importantly for me, it was also really dark and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, though I probably overate.

Negative: It was just a bit too warm overnight.
