Summary: Very large comfortable room, very clean. Beautiful window and balcony with greenery. It was quite and pleasant. The staff was professional and very helpful. There is a paid parking (15 euro/24 hours) in front of the hotel, but we parked on the street - it is free during holidays. Safe, green area, at a walking distance to shopping, attractions, restaurants.

Summary: The hotel had a great location and the room was comfortable. However, the breakfast service could be improved for business travelers, especially on weekends. Stat time at 8:30 am on Saturday meant missed breakfast for who is working or has to leave early. It would be smart if the hotel could consider offering an earlier breakfast option, particularly on Saturdays and Sundays, to cater to guests with busy schedules.

Summary: The room was very nice and spacious, but a bit out of style. Bathroom is also big and OK. Lady at the reception was really nice and check in and check out was very quick and pleasant. Location is great as it is next to metro station, shopping mall and big park area - all just 50m away.

Summary: Hotel has great location, right by metro station and mall. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Very good for families. Rooms are spacious.

Summary: Room was clean, large and comfortable with air conditioning. Hotel is traditional, if a little old fashioned. We did have a brief power-cut in the middle of the night two night, and the room was short of convenient power outlets. Breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no room safe.

Summary: I visited Sofia for a business event taking place at Hilton, but it was full. Then I found Meg Lozenets Hotel and I am glad I did!! Great staff, location and big rooms with a great price! Would definitely stay here if I come to Sofia again!

Summary: Facility is very nice, breakfast good. Room & lobby very well decorated but small things needed attention. Remote for TV didn't work (staff very pleasant & showed how to use TV controls) shower head wasn't attached, only one coffee & one pillow on bed (pillow in closet but no pillow case). The attached restaurant was Spanish, with no English menu. Bar had old menus & no Bulgarian beers. Hotel was close to Metro. On a main Street with restaurants within walking distance. Parking in closed lot was provided but it was behind hotel - suggest unloading luggage before parking. Hotel is at start of a long one way street so be sure to have map!
